The Governing body comprising of seven board members, include the President, Vice President,
General Secretary, Treasurer and Executive members. The Board members meet twice or three
times a year. PVDP’s governance mechanisms appear to work well. Board member sits to
discuss a variety of topics, to enhance projects & activities, receive project updates and
accounts details. During the meeting the discussions mainly focus on accountability, results and
on key issues facing the organization.
